The VSI5X series vertical shaft impact crusher is a newly launched high-efficient sand making equipment by Kefid which is developed on basis of adequat research on producting features of various traditional ones. It is a great combination of three crushing patterns and has become a core sand making equipment in sand making industry. Rotators of the deep chamber crusher is of special design, the passing ratio can be enhaced by 30%. The side plate is of innovative design, while can enable life span to be 48% longer. Assistant hammbers are added, which is able to protect plates from being damaged while main hammbers are damaged. The core abrasion proof material is high tempreture resistent and abrasion resistent high-quality material used in key industries of America. The hydraulic cover opening device is originally imported from Japan, which can enable equipments being tested and maintained conviniently and promptly.
The sand making machine can be widely used in various industries, such as mental and nonmental, fire proof material, abrasive filler, frit, construction integration, sand, metallurgy and so on. It’s suitable for medium and fine crushing of ores and rocks of various hardness, such as iron ore, non-ferrous metal ores, emery, bauxite, quartz sand, brown alumina, perlite, basalt and other materials with medium hardness to effect medium fine crushing.
